These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of The Success Formula website and your purchase or use of coaching and related services provided by The Success Formula LLC ("The Success Formula," "we," "us," or "our").
By using this website, booking a session, or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase our services.
1. About The Success Formula
The Success Formula LLC provides personal-development and life-coaching services designed to help clients clarify goals, identify obstacles, develop practical strategies, build sustainable habits, and create greater accountability around personal and professional growth.
Services may be offered virtually, in person, or through other formats described on the website. The availability, format, duration, and pricing of services may change from time to time.
2. Eligibility
The website and coaching services are intended for adults who are at least 18 years old. By booking or purchasing a service, you represent that you are legally able to enter into an agreement for that service.
3. The Coaching Relationship
Coaching is a collaborative process. Our role is to help you reflect, clarify goals, consider options, develop practical strategies, and build systems and habits that support progress.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. Coaching does not transfer decision-making responsibility from you to The Success Formula or the coach.
4. Booking and Payment
Available services, appointment options, durations, and prices are displayed through the website or booking process. Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, payment is required before the scheduled service is provided.
The price displayed and accepted during the booking or checkout process is the applicable price for that transaction.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. Those providers may process your payment information, and your use of a third-party payment provider may also be subject to that provider's own terms and privacy practices.
If an introductory-session credit, discount, or other promotion is offered, the conditions displayed with that offer at the time of booking will apply.
5. Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may request to cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellation or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are not normally accepted unless The Success Formula agrees otherwise.

6. Late Arrivals and No-Shows
If you arrive late, the session will normally end at the originally scheduled time. A late arrival does not automatically extend the session unless another arrangement has been agreed in advance.
If you do not attend a scheduled appointment without timely cancellation, the appointment is considered a no-show. Payments for no-show appointments are not refundable.
7. Coaching Packages
Some services may be sold as multi-session coaching packages. The number of sessions, session duration, included features, and any other package-specific terms will be displayed when the package is offered.
The cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show terms above apply to each session within a package.
8. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you are responsible for:
- providing accurate information relevant to the coaching process;
- attending scheduled sessions on time;
- participating honestly and respectfully;
- deciding which recommendations or strategies are appropriate for your circumstances;
- seeking appropriately licensed professional advice when a matter falls outside the scope of coaching.
The effectiveness of coaching depends in part on your participation and follow-through.
9. Coaching Is Not Professional Medical, Mental-Health, Legal, Tax, or Investment Advice
The Success Formula provides coaching and personal-development services. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific service, our coaching does not constitute:
- medical diagnosis or treatment;
- psychotherapy, psychiatry, or other licensed mental-health treatment;
- legal advice;
- tax advice;
- investment advisory services;
- individualized financial-planning advice;
- nutrition or medical treatment provided by a licensed healthcare professional.
Information discussed during coaching is intended for educational and personal-development purposes. You should consult an appropriately licensed professional when professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment is required.
Coaching is not an emergency or crisis-response service. If you are experiencing an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
10. No Guarantee of Results
Personal development depends on many factors, including your circumstances, choices, effort, consistency, and factors outside either party's control.
The Success Formula does not guarantee any specific personal, professional, financial, health, relationship, or other outcome. Testimonials, examples, or descriptions of prior experiences do not represent a promise that you will achieve the same result.
11. Confidentiality
The Success Formula aims to provide a respectful and confidential coaching environment. Information you share during coaching will be handled with care, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Coaching does not create the legally protected confidentiality or privilege that may apply to relationships such as attorney-client or licensed healthcare relationships. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by law or where disclosure is otherwise legally permitted or required.
12. Third-Party Professionals and Referrals
From time to time, The Success Formula may provide information about, or referrals to, independent third-party professionals, services, resources, or organizations.
Those third parties are independent from The Success Formula unless expressly stated otherwise. A referral does not guarantee the quality, suitability, availability, or outcome of a third party's services. You are responsible for evaluating whether a third-party professional or service is appropriate for your needs.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content and coaching materials provided by The Success Formula, including text, graphics, branding, worksheets, frameworks, exercises, videos, and other educational materials, are proprietary content of The Success Formula or its licensors.
